This round of EPRs we wrote using the regular bullet writing format.
1206s have been getting done in the new “narrative” style.
The new format isn’t terrible, but definitely not what I was expecting. I was expecting something more like a civilian performance review. A couple paragraphs giving an explanation of the employees performance.
The new format is literally a bullet that’s just written out with complete words instead of abbreviations. So really nothing has changed.
You could argue “white space” is no longer an issue, but even then, we have had to make sure our bullets come to 2.5 lines which isn’t exactly easy considering we have to write it in complete words now.
I just want to be able to write a few paragraphs on what each of my people did. I should have guessed there would still be strict guidelines to follow.
