Images, links, or nothing when doing cold outreach?

Hi, I’m reaching out to eCommerce founders with useful advice or tips about their store. A common example of this is mentioning something that another store is doing better and making them aware of this, incase they want help doing the same. Most of the time this is visual, for example, a unique way of displaying variant options, or a cool asset on a product page, etc.

Is it better to include a screenshot of the competitor as an attachment, include a link to the page (hyperlink vs. in-line copy paste?), or are both of these bad and I should do something else?
