Today, I remembered a song I hadn’t heard in a long time. I started thinking about a friend of mine who did not HOLD ON. He just let go. Suicide is real. Pain is real. But, none of it is impossible. For many reasons, the fall is my favorite time of year. It’s a very reminiscent time for me, and sometimes, that same joy can turn to sadness. The important thing is to know exactly what you are feeling. Being sad is okay. Being overwhelmed is not. There are plenty of people who love you, care for you and wanna hear what you have to say. Life isn’t over until it’s over.
