gusting 20 to 30 miles per hour leading to blowing and drifting
of snow. Reduced visibilities of below 1/2 a mile at times
expected as well.
* WHERE…Delaware and Dubuque Counties.
* WHEN…Until 6 AM CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the evening commute.
